The Finnskogløpet was held this year in collaboration between Lunderseter IL and Kongsvingerkarusellen. This was also the 7th race in this year's series, where the participants ran 9.3 km on the course, which was used for the first time during last year's Finnskogløp. The winner, Per Erik Monsrud from Austmarka, set a new record with a time of 33:59, while Christine Nybråten was once again the best among the women with a record time of 40:32. A total of 63 participants lined up at the start.
